At Urban Saints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Items Not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Funds should appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, faulty, or sent in error.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We are happy to offer exchanges, subject to stock availability, for:

• A different size
• A different colour
• An alternative item of equal value

If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, the price difference will need to be paid.

Alternatively, we can provide store credit for the value of your return if that better suits your needs.
